Welcome to Ché Orika. These Terms govern your use of cheorika.com and any order you place with us, whether for delivery or boutique pickup. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Ché Orika is a consumer fashion brand operating an online store and a boutique.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Ché Orika, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.
You can browse without an account, but you'll need to provide certain details to order. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, including colours, materials, and measurements. Screens display colour differently, so slight variation between the image and the piece is normal and is not a defect. All products are subject to availability, and we may update, change, or remove products at any time.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We take care to price correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we can't reach you within a reasonable time, or we cancel a paid order for this reason, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we confirm it by email from orders@cheorika.com.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there has been a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot fulfil it. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira through Paystack. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. We do not store your full card details; Paystack handles them securely. See our Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.
At checkout you choose delivery or boutique pickup. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or collected by you.
a. Delivery. We deliver to addresses in Abuja and Lagos. Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. We dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days of payment, and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery is carried out by third-party couriers. For other destinations, including international, email hello@cheorika.com and we'll arrange it directly with a quote.
b. Boutique pickup. If you choose pickup, collect your order from our boutique at Danjuma Ejiaga Plaza, 3rd Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja. Allow 1 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared. We hold your contact details and will reach you if anything about your order needs attention.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Store credit is issued to your Ché Orika account, has no expiry date, can be used on any future order, and has no cash value except where a refund to your original payment method is required by this policy or by law. Store credit is personal to your account and cannot be transferred or sold.
All content on the site, including the Ché Orika name and logo, designs, product images, text, and the overall look and feel, is owned by Ché Orika or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. The Ché Orika name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict your access if you breach these Terms.
We provide the site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above changes when we do. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you place it.
