We deliver, or you collect. Both are simple.
We currently deliver to addresses in Abuja and Lagos. Outside those cities, or outside Nigeria, email hello@cheorika.com with the pieces you'd like and your full delivery address, and we'll arrange it directly with a quote within one business day.
Your delivery price is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. It's a live rate, so it reflects exactly where you are. Delivery is charged on every order.
We dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days of payment confirmation.
Within Nigeria, expect your order 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. International timelines depend on your destination and are confirmed in your quote.
If you're in Abuja, choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our boutique: Danjuma Ejiaga Plaza, 3rd Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja. There's no delivery fee for pickup. Allow us 1 to 4 business days to have it ready; we have your phone number and will reach you if anything needs your attention.
When your order leaves us, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see one within 3 business days of ordering, email hello@cheorika.com with your order number.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@cheorika.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it with the courier.
